Welcome to Old Glory Stitch Co. By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders & Personalization

All products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer.

Please review all personalization details, including spelling, monograms, thread colors, fonts, and sizing, before submitting your order. Old Glory Stitch Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to decline any personalization request that includes copyrighted material, offensive language, or content we are unable to reproduce.

Production Times

Current production times are displayed on our website and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and seasonal demand.

Production time begins once payment has been received and all personalization details have been confirmed.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee when scheduling permits.

Shipping

Once an order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Old Glory Stitch Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather-related delays, or carrier errors after an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of personalized embroidery, all personalized items are final sale.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted for personalized products unless an error was made by Old Glory Stitch Co.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can work toward a resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.

Once embroidery production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Live Embroidery Events

A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve an event date.

The remaining balance is due before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any travel fees, lodging, parking, venue expenses, or special accommodations will be discussed before booking and included in your event proposal.

Should an event require cancellation or rescheduling, every effort will be made to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Product Variations

Because each item is individually embroidered, slight variations in stitch placement, thread color, fabric texture, and finished appearance are considered part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, artwork, designs, website content, graphics, and written materials remain the property of Old Glory Stitch Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotions, discounts, and sales cannot be applied to previous purchases unless specifically stated.

Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, communicating about purchases, and providing customer service. Personal information will never be sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Old Glory Stitch Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
